With rumours floating around that the fashion conscious rapper was going to design a limited edition pair of Nike Air Jordans Kanye West was quick to dismiss the rumours and comment that he has not been approached by the sporting brand.

The rumour came about shortly after the rapper slash fashion designer announced his special edition Louis Vuitton sneaker line and was rumoured to be expanding on this by designing a pair fr Air Jordan.

Kanye even made a post about it on his official blog “I love Nike and I loved creating with them but there hasn’t been a convo (conversation) with Brand Jordan… Nike and Brand Jordan are two different companies.”

So far this year the man himself has been linked with various fashion brands and has even been reported to be workin closely with one to learn about the ins and outs of the fashion industry before he fully launches his own line.
